Pooltech Aps is super happy with Orderstep

Thank you so much for a CRM system that is user-friendly and easy to work with. We have been customers for 1 year and 2 months and it has become much more manageable to have an overview of our customers and the offers to them. Our internal sales meetings have become more concrete as we can see how much we sell for and in which categories etc.
Orderstep is constantly evolving and we are happy to be part of the process, our suggestions are heard and often we see them implemented.
They're great at letting us know when new features come out and explaining what we don't quite understand.

Orderstep took Videx one step further

I met the Orderstep team two years ago for an informal meeting where they explained how their software could take our productivity to an even higher level. These two people I got to know shone with commitment and professionalism, almost promising results if we wanted to join them on their journey.
We quickly realised that this product could do much more than we dared hope for. It became a link between our production and sales departments, and at the same time provided a fantastic overview for us in management. The system provides you with data and fatka, which gives you a better overview of a busy day.

I was also impressed that the Orderstep team proved to be so skilful and cooperative that we felt supported throughout the system change.
Of course, every start is difficult, but I have to say that 2 years after our introduction to the programme, I regret that we didn't meet them sooner.

Dørtelefon Teamet Aps - We open doors

At Dørtelefon Teamet we have been using Orderstep for almost 6 months. Since we started using Orderstep, we now have complete control of all quotes. In fact, we are always one step ahead of the customer and make sure to follow up on offers and contact the customer if we haven't heard from them. The various features in the programme mean that we can see when there is activity on the quotes we have sent.

We can set up automatic notifications so that we can contact a customer right after a general meeting or a meeting if a decision has been made about an intercom system.
Customers really appreciate the fact that we are always proactive and keep the process running smoothly. Our customers are often co-operative associations where people work voluntarily. So they don't always have the time to keep track of the task and the offers they receive from different suppliers. So when we contact them, they are often very happy that we remember them and feel that we take their task seriously. It gives them an incredible sense of security.

Happy customers lead to higher revenue and we can see that in the middle of the year we have already closed revenue for 50% above our budget for the whole year. Which also means that we currently have 3 times more revenue than we had budgeted to have achieved before the summer.

So big praise and thanks to the entire Orderstep Team for being part of our journey and success and always being there when we need help.

Fantastic collaboration

I can only praise everyone at orderstep.dk has sent over 200 offers in 2023 and has made my work much easier and faster plus my customers think it looks professional we have in collaboration with Monica created an offer template that is adapted to our segment plus integration with e-conomic so everything from offer-order-invoice runs from orderstep.dk...
